Jerry Jones does not seem set on trusting Prescott to deliver their much-needed success

Jerry Jones is starving for postseason success and a trip to the Super Bowl again.

The franchise QB has delivered regular-season success in abundance but has fallen flat on his face in the playoffs.

Ultimately, this contract standoff is now a waiting game and there may not be a conclusion for several months.

The front office will focus on the NFL Draft this Thursday and only after that will they turn their attention back to the outstanding deals.
