Baltimore Ravens NFL Draft picks 2024: Grades, fits and scouting reports

April 25, 2024

The Baltimore Ravens enter the 2024 NFL Draft Thursday night with nine picks over the three-day event.

Ravens officials have long considered the draft the “lifeblood” of the organization. They are a draft-and-develop team that traditionally spends a modest amount of money in free agency and depends on the draft to replace departing players.

This year’s draft, though, comes at a pivotal time. After going 13-4 in last year’s regular season and losing at home to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC championship, Baltimore’s roster and coaching staff were unsurprisingly in demand.

Many of John Harbaugh’s assistants, including defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald, left for other jobs. The Ravens also lost 14 unrestricted free agents, including two starting offensive linemen and defensive standouts Patrick Queen and Jadeveon Clowney. The departures have made what was one of the league’s best rosters thin at certain spots, like on the offensive line, in the secondary and at wide receiver.

Keep coming back here throughout the draft for analysis and grades for each Ravens pick.
